Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No Refund Policy

  • All registrations are final and non-refundable.
  • Once payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

2. No Cancellation

  • Registrations cannot be canceled once confirmed.
  • Participants are advised to review all details before making payment.

3. Non-Transferable

  • Registrations are non-transferable unless explicitly approved by the organizing committee.

4. Event Changes

  • In case of event rescheduling, registrations will remain valid for the new date.
  • No refunds will be provided for schedule changes.

5. Force Majeure

  • The organizers are not liable for cancellation due to unforeseen events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
  • In such cases, refunds will not be issued.
